Gayle works part-time at Vitality, running hygiene clinics three days a week. She graduated from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London and spent a few years living and working in both Jersey and Singapore before joining Vitality in 2013.

Jo offers dental hygiene appointments three days a week at Vitality. She graduated from the University of Portsmouth and lives in Angmering with her family.
She is dedicated to helping patients maintain healthy gums through effective care. In her free time, she enjoys theatre, music, and planning her next travel adventure!

Julie works full-time as a practice manager, directing operations on a day-to-day basis, deputising when required as a dental nurse and maintaining our exceptional standards of cleanliness and cross infection control.

Virginia is a fully qualified dental nurse. She has 17 years’ experience in all aspects of dentistry and holds an additional qualification in dental radiography. Having been with us since 2015, she now divides her time between chairside assistance and front of house where she is always delighted to talk you through any questions or concerns.

Sarah joined the Vitality team in 2021 and is approaching two decades in dentistry! Having gained much of her experience at a high-end practice in Worthing, she has fitted into our team perfectly. Sarah provides chairside assistance for Arvin, Francesca and Gayle and has now taken on reception duties as well.
Laura Norris

Laura joined the Vitality team in 2022 following a short break from work to start a family. She has gained valuable experience in NHS and private practice locally and brings wonderful dry wit and humour. Listen very carefully and you might occasionally hear Laura and Arvin comparing recent plane spotting notes! Laura provides chairside assistance to Arvin, Francesca and Gayle and we are delighted to welcome her to our team.
Laura lives in Yapton with her partner, son and dog and when not at work is usually either spending time encouraging her son to become a pilot or walking her dog!
Tiffany Roper

Tiffany joined the Vitality team in 2023. Her career in customer services and strong administration skills are a great addition to the team. Tiffany has just completed her Diploma in Dental Nursing.
Tiffany lives in Storrington with her partner and outside of work she very much enjoys keeping fit by running, cycling and swimming are the area as she is an active triathlete!
Chloe Redfern

Chloe joined us in 2025 having spent the previous 11 years working as a dental nurse in private practice at the highest level. A true team player, she is involved in providing chairside support to most of our clinicians and will even occasionally be seen on front of house. She lives in Rustington and very much enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Megan Finch

Megan joined us in 2026 having worked in dentistry for a number of years previously. She works full time with all the clinicians providing chairside support, antics and immense good humour. Another mad cat lady, she has three furry companions and lives in Ashington with her boyfriend.
